Mcb ko AMP ke hisab se kyo bata gya hai ? mcb kya hai ,ishka kya work hai ?

 

Miniature Circuit Breaker (MCB) ka ampere (amp) rating uske design aur functionality ke adhar par hota hai. MCB ek suraksha upkaran hai jo electrical circuits ko short circuits, overloads, aur anya khatron se bachata hai. MCB ke ampere rating ka chayan us circuit ke current carrying capacity ko darust taur par handle karne ke liye hota hai. Yeh current carrying capacity ya load ka capacity MCB ko safaltapoorvak kaam karne mein madad karta hai.

Yahan kuch karan hain jinke adhar par MCB ka ampere rating chuna jata hai:

  1. Circuit Load Capacity:

    • MCB ka ampere rating circuit ke load capacity ko darust taur par handle karne ke liye hota hai. Agar circuit par adhik current flow hota hai, to MCB ise band kar deta hai taki circuit aur connected upkaran surakshit rahein.
  2. Short Circuit Protection:

    • MCB ko short circuits se bachane ke liye design kiya jata hai. Short circuit hone par bahut adhik current flow hota hai, aur MCB ka ampere rating aise situations ko handle karne mein madad karta hai.
  3. Overload Protection:

    • Overloads se bachav ke liye MCB ko bhi design kiya gaya hai. Jab circuit par design capacity se adhik current flow hota hai, to MCB automatically trip ho jata hai, jisse overload se bacha ja sake.
  4. Safety Standards:

    • Electrical safety standards aur codes ke anusaar, har ek prakar ke circuits aur upkaranon ke liye specific ampere rating ki sujhav di gayi hoti hai. MCB ka chayan in standards ke adhar par hota hai.
  5. Circuit Type:

    • Alag-alag prakar ke circuits ke liye alag ampere ratings ki zarurat hoti hai. Jaise ki, lighting circuits, power circuits, motor circuits, in sabke liye alag ampere rating ki MCB ka istemal hota hai.
  6. Inrush Current:

    • Kuch upkaranon ke shuruat mein hone wale inrush current ko bhi handle karne ke liye MCB ka ampere rating dhyan mein rakha jata hai.

MCB ka sahi ampere rating chayan karne ke liye, aapko apne circuit ka load capacity aur usme hone wale current fluctuations ka sahi anuman karna hoga. Yadi aap ismein saksham nahi hain, to ek vidyut shilpi ya kisi aur vidyut adhyayan mein nipun vyakti se salah lein.
